• Delivery staff will be there to deliver or pick-up your furniture on the date promised.
• Your furniture will arrive clean, undamaged, and of the same outstanding quality and condition as that on display in our showrooms.
• If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the condition of any piece of furniture, we will exchange it at no cost to you within the first week of delivery.
• If substitution is unavoidable, the item substituted will be of the same or higher value than the item ordered.
