How
much do you charge for delivery?
IFR's transportation charge for residential
and office furniture starts at $50.00. Please inquire with a sales
consultant what the delivery charge would be for your area.
Do I have to be home when the furniture
is delivered?
No. Either you, or another responsible
person can be there to accept the delivery. This person will be
responsible to inspect and sign for the furniture at that
time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS, checks, cashiers checks, bank cards, money
orders, and cash.
Will I need to put a deposit down at the
time of my order?
Yes. For all special orders we will require
a minimum payment of 25% down. The remaining balance would be due
on or before the time of delivery. All Clearance Center purchases
must be paid in full.
Do you offer any kind of financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Citi
Financial to qualified buyers with the following incentives;

What if I want to pickup my furniture?
If you choose to pick up your furniture, you
will need to call IFR at least 2 hours before you plan to arrive.
You may pick up your items Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to
4:00
pm, and Saturday by appointment only.
I would like to protect my purchase. Do
you offer any kind of fabric protection?
Yes. We offer Masterseal fabric protection,
designed to help your new purchase look and feel new as long as
possible. A small investment for a long term benefit. Please
inquire with a sales consultant for more details on this service.
Do you sell pictures, lamps &
accessories for the home?
Yes. We have many of these items throughout
our showrooms. We also feature many catalogs with further options
for adding that special touch to your home.
Do you only sell the items that are on
your showroom floor?
No. We have a wide selection of
manufacturers that we can order from. You can customize your
furniture to your taste, needs and budget by choosing different
options such as frame, style, fabric, etc.
