Do you offer discounts for orders over the internet?
Yes, IFR offers 15% off your first months rent if you place your order as
a result of using our website. (not to be combined with any other
offer/promotions).
How does your rental work?
You select our furniture, complete a credit questionnaire, sign a lease,
pay your initial payment, and pending credit approval, IFR will deliver
and set-up our furniture on the agreed date.
What are your initial charges?
The initial charges consist of your first month’s rent, a security
deposit, (typically equal to one month’s rent) and the round-trip
transportation fee.
Is there a discount for a longer lease?
Yes, the longer you rent, the less you pay per month. Most rental
furniture is available for as short as a day or as long as you need. We
have many flexible terms to suit your needs.
How much do you charge for delivery?
IFR’s transportation charge includes delivery, set-up and final pick-up.
Transportation charges for residential and office furniture start at
$90.00 for round-trip delivery and $45 for one-way; both prices depend upon the number of pieces ordered.
Do I have to be home when the furniture is delivered?
No, if you give us instructions for entry, we can have your furniture set
up before you arrive. This also alleviates the frustration of taking time
out of your day waiting for the drivers to arrive.
Can I rent more or less furniture than what is included in the package?
Yes, there are many options available. You can pick and choose individual
items or an entire package.
I need sheets, towels, pots and pans. Do you rent houseware items?
Yes, IFR offers complete houseware packages for the kitchen, bedroom, and
bath. Some housewares packages include TV, VCR, microwaves and more. The
price depends on the package selection and size of the apartment or home.
What if I need to change my order after I sign the contract?
You can change your order up to 48 hours before delivery. IFR guarantees
your satisfaction.
What if I need to change my order after it’s been delivered?
IFR guarantees your satisfaction and offers a five (5) day grace period
for add-ons or exchanges after delivery, free of additional delivery
charges.
When my lease expires, do you automatically pick-up my furniture?
No. IFR understand that circumstances change. Our contract continues
month-to-month until you give notice and schedule your pick-up.
Can I charge the payment on my credit card?
Yes, IFR will provide you with the necessary form to complete. We make it
simple for you!
Will I receive the exact style of furniture that I select?
We do our best to deliver what you select, but should your product not be
available we will inform you prior to delivery, and offer you a comparable
selection. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Is the furniture IFR delivers BRAND NEW?
IFR cannot guarantee you will receive brand new furniture. But we do
guarantee that furniture from our current line will be in showroom
condition. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Can I get my rent, utilities, houseware and furniture all on one bill?
Yes, our Corporate Relocation Division can coordinate your complete
installation. One single invoice from IFR provides you with an apartment
filled with furniture, housewares, linens, utilities, basic cable and
local phone. Simply complete and submit our relocation questionnaire and
an IFR account executive will contact you shortly.
How much do you charge to furnish a one-bedroom apartment?
Our one-bedroom packages start at $140.00 per month and the monthly rate
depends upon the length of lease and the style of furniture you choose.
How much do you charge to furnish an office?
Our single office packages start at approximately $70.00 per month and the
monthly rate depends upon the length of lease and the style of furniture
you choose.
How much do you charge for assisting me with finding housing or office
space?
Our information database of apartment communities and commercial realtors
in Central Pennsylvania will assist you in finding a location to fit your
needs. Free with all furniture rentals.
Can you assist me with the furniture layout for my office or home?
Yes , IFR’s experienced space planners are available to assist you at no
charge.
Do you also rent office equipment?
No, but we will be happy to provide you with a local recommendation.
Do you rent systems furniture or workstations?
Yes, we feature workstations from leading manufacturers such as Hon, Maxon,
and many more.
