Do you offer discounts for orders over the internet?
Yes, IFR offers 15% off your first months rent if you place your order as a result of using our website. (not to be combined with any other offer/promotions).
How does the rental process work?
You select your furniture, complete a credit questionnaire, sign a rental agreement, upon your initial payment, and pending credit approval, IFR will deliver and set-up your furniture on the agreed date.
What is the initial payment?
The initial charges consist of your first month's rent, a fully refundable security deposit, (typically equal to one month's rent) and the round-trip transportation fee
Is there a discount for a longer lease?
Yes, the longer you rent, the less you pay per month. Most rental furniture is available for as short as a day or as long as you need. We have many flexible terms to suit your needs.
How much do you charge for delivery?
IFR's transportation charge includes delivery, set-up and final pick-up. Transportation charges for residential and office furniture start at $110.00 for round-trip delivery and $55 for one-way; both prices depend upon the number of pieces ordered.
Do I have to be at home when the furniture is delivered?
No, if you give us instructions for entry, we can have your furniture set up before you arrive. This also alleviates the frustration of taking time out of your day waiting for the drivers to arrive.
Can I rent more or less furniture than what is included in the package?
Yes, there are many options available. You can pick and choose individual items or an entire package.
I need sheets, towels, pots and pans. Do you rent houseware items?
Yes, IFR offers complete houseware packages for the kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Some houseware packages include TV, VCR, microwave and more. The price depends on the package selection and size of the apartment or home.
What if I need to change my order after I sign the contract?
You can change your order up to 48 hours before delivery. IFR guarantees your satisfaction.
What if I need to change my order after it's been delivered?
IFR guarantees your satisfaction and offers a five (5) day grace period for add-ons or exchanges after delivery, free of additional delivery charges.
